WATCH YOU SELF IF YOU SELLING ON EBAY, SO IF YOU MAKE OVER $1000 EBAY WILL REPORT YOU TO TAX OFFICE AND CENTRE LINK

EVEN OF YOU ANNUAL TURN OVER IS UNDER $50,000, EBAY WILL REPORT YOU
EBay's Australian presence is run by eBay International, based in Bern in Switzerland.

"As a foreign entity, eBay International is not required to be registered for GST and therefore does not have an ABN (Australian Business Number)," the company's Australian website states. But some sellers are understood to have assumed that invoices for fees and charges sent to them by eBay had included GST, and had made claims to the ATO to recoup the GST amounts.

We believed that eBay should register its local operation as an Australian business. EBay's service in Britain was forced by tax authorities to register itself for Britain's GST-equivalent value-added tax.

I THINK EBAY SHOULD BE FORCED TO REGISTER IT SELF FOR GST, OR MAYBE THERE IS CORRUPTIONS.
IN THIS CASE AUSTRALIANS ARE LOOSER, OUR MONEY IS GOING TO SWITZERLAND, OUT OF AUSTRALIA EVERY SINGLE DAY AND SOMEONE MUST STOP THIS.

FOR RECORDS I AM NOT AGAINST PAYING TAX, MY POINT HERE IS THAT EVERYONE SHOULD PAY GST, EVEN EBAY, WHICH MAKES MILLIONS $$ GOOD KNOW.

Sorry about my English but you will understand
